About Meadow House Care Home

Our policy is to ensure appropriate care to all our residents. There are policies and procedures in place and are regularly reviewed and revised. We obtain views by holding residents meeting, surveys and audits of users, relatives and professional.

The manager, senior staff and care assistants manage the day-to-day care operations of the Home.

We have continuous and ongoing professional development of all our staff. Care is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ancillary staff includes Cook, Domestic staff, maintenance and administrative staff.

We have a complaints proceedure and we will deal with complaints courteously and respond efficiently.
